A white heirloom originating from Laos Cambodia, which can get as big as 10oz when ripe, has a pale cream to yellow appearance. The name translates to “Phantom of Laos” and the legend says it detects nearby spirits by glowing at night. These tomatoes have a low acidity giving them a subtle taste ideally enjoyed fresh or with a pinch of salt to enhance its flavor. This variety grows well in hot and or humid climates and the tomatoes, when stored in a cool location, can keep for up to a month after harvest.
